The 3/8" 740F Carbonated Beverage Backflow Preventer with vent, integral strainer, and female NPT inlet and outlet connections is utilized in both carbonated and non-carbonated beverage dispensing systems to eliminate carbon dioxide gas or carbonated water from coming into contact with the copper potable water supply line. Primarily installed in vending machine supply lines, it can be installed vertically or horizontally for added versatility and convenience. Features of the 740 include an integral strainer to prevent check fouling caused by unwanted debris. The high quality stainless steel valve body, tailpieces, fasteners, spring, and screen add superior corrosion-resistance.
